Welcome to the Trinity Bridge Blog

Practical AI adoption insights for regulated industries — published weekly. No hype, no jargon, no generic frameworks.

We launched this blog for one reason: most AI content for regulated industries is either marketing fluff or technical writing aimed at engineers. There's almost nothing for the people who actually have to make AI adoption decisions — VPs of clinical operations, heads of legal, compliance officers, training directors.

That's the gap we write into.

What you can expect

Every post will be grounded in three things:

  1. A real situation. A specific company, a specific decision, a specific outcome. No generic "many organizations are exploring AI" openings.
  2. One concrete takeaway. Something you could try this week, or a question you could bring to your next leadership meeting.
  3. Sources you can verify. Every stat references its publication. We don't quote anonymous experts.

Why this matters now

Adoption in regulated industries is not a tooling problem — it's a trust problem. The technology has been usable for years. What's missing is the operational pattern: who reviews what, where the audit trail lives, how a clinician trusts a recommendation, what happens when the model is wrong.

We've spent 29 years inside life sciences, finance, and healthcare ops. The blog is where we share what we see working — and what we see going sideways — so you don't have to learn it the expensive way.
