Founder & Owner

Narendra Sharma
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Narendra Sharma is the Founder and CEO of Trinity Bridge Professional Services, LLC, with 30+ years of experience spanning life sciences, technology delivery, and enterprise AI adoption. His career has been defined by helping complex, regulated organizations modernize their operations without compromising compliance or quality.
Before founding Trinity Bridge PS, Narendra led large-scale digital transformation and process improvement programs across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare organizations. He has worked with both Fortune 500 companies and growth-stage firms navigating regulatory transitions, ERP implementations, and AI readiness assessments.
Narendra holds a B.Tech. from IIT Roorkee and an M.S. from Boston University. He is a CMMI Lead Appraiser, a Six Sigma Black Belt, PRINCE2 and ITIL certified, and has been recognized in Marquis Who's Who in America for his contributions to the technology and life sciences industries.

He founded Trinity Bridge PS with a single conviction: that the organizations most in need of AI — regulated industries operating under strict compliance, quality, and safety mandates — deserve purpose-built tools and experienced partners, not generic platforms retrofitted for their use cases. Jyoti Sharma
Owner and Co-Founder
Jyoti Sharma is the Owner and Quality Lead of Trinity Bridge Professional Services, LLC, which she co-founded with Narendra. With 17+ years of experience in software quality engineering, automation, and test leadership across financial services, e-commerce, retirement services, and semiconductor industries, she has built and led test automation, performance, and triage organizations at some of the largest technology operators in the U.S. Northeast.
Before Trinity Bridge PS, Jyoti spent five years at Wayfair as a Senior QA Engineer, where she led automation initiatives that sharply reduced regression test times and cut down the engineering organization's bug backlog — work that hardened the platform through major sales events including Wayday and Cyber 5. Earlier in her career she held quality engineering and leadership roles at Ascensus, TEL USA, Automature, TD Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Fidelity Investments, covering investment data warehousing, retirement platforms, online banking, treasury and security services, and semiconductor manufacturing software.
Jyoti holds a Master's in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, a Project Management certification from Boston University, and is both ASTQB and ISTQB certified as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
At Trinity Bridge PS she built the firm's quality engineering framework from the ground up — embedding test automation, defect triage, performance benchmarking, and quality dashboards into every client engagement to ensure consistency and reliability across the firm's AI adoption work.
Beyond Trinity Bridge, Jyoti is the founder of SAREGA Music Academy and serves as president of local cultural organizations in southern New Hampshire — work that reflects a broader commitment to building community institutions alongside the firm. Her ownership of Trinity Bridge PS is the basis of the firm's Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certification.
